The second one is for this challenge:

My first card:

The girl is from Unity. I love this girl but she's so tall! (about 6.5 inches) As I didn't want to make a tall card so I decided to stamp her on these white panels. In the background, I did some tone-on-tone stamping with the chevrons from Lawn Fawn. The sentiment is from Hero Arts and I did the coloring with Copics.

2nd card:

I had so much fun that I decided to make a similar card....the sentiment is from Hero Arts.

Thanks for dropping by!

10 Minute Craft Dash #16

Hi everyone! It's time for another 10 Minute Craft Dash Challenge :D
As always, your challenge is to create a card within 10 minutes using this gorgeous color palette:

This is what I came up with:
(it took me 9 minutes and 52 seconds to make this shaped card)

I love this phone stamp from Unity. The potty people set is from Unity as well. The stamping and coloring is done with Ranger Distress Markers.

So, now it's your turn! Go over to Paulina's blog to see the details and lots of other inspiration by the DT! And, there's also a prize ;)

Good luck and have fun!

Twine time

Hello everyone! Today, I want to share a card with you all which took me much longer than 10 Minutes... ;)
I'm entering it for these challenges:
- The Twinery Blog: Let's Polka...Dot! - I used a polka dot border die and then added some twine for a fun effect but it did take its time :)

Here's my card:

The camera stamp is from Unity and the sentiment's from Ali Edwards. I also used some Basic Grey pattern paper and the die is from Simon Says Stamp.

Calender {part 2}

Happy New Years Eve to you all!! :D hope you enjoy all the celebrations....
As promised, here is part 2 of my calendar, if you didn't see the first part, take a look at yesterday's post.
I'm entering it again for this challenge:

So, here's July - December:

Who doesn't love BBQ in the summer?? Well, this stamp is from Unity. It's called Retro BBQ, but I'm not sure.

I love this flip-flop die from Lil'Inker Designs....

I really like the autumn colors, especially the leaves :) These stamps are from the craft's meow.

My friend's birthday is in October, so I thought she'd like this. The die is again from Lil'Inker Designs. After cutting out the balloons, I colored them using Copics and then I drew the strings.

As soon as I saw this background paper, I HAD to use it. As it often snows in November, I thought this snowflake from Lil' Inker Designs would look nice.

And, last but not least, December is here! This die is from Memory Box. To make the wreath pop, I added some gold liquid pearls.

Hope you liked my first handmade calendar! I hope you all have a wonderful 2013!!!

Calender {part 1}

Hello everybody! As there are only 2 days left of this year, I wanted to share something special with you all...my first handmade calendar!!I think giving calendars as a gift is a wonderful way to celebrate and start the new year :)
I'm entering my calender for this challenge:
- Sunshine Creations #4: Season's Greetings - As I mentioned above, calendars are perfect to celebrate New Year

So...here's part 1 of my calendar

The stamps here are from Lawn Fawn "Making Frosty Friends".

Here in Switzerland, there's a festival called "Fasnacht" where you wear a costume. I used the hat from "Making Frosty Friends" and the racoon is from "Critter in the Forest", Lawn Fawn. The mustache is from a itty bitty set from Unity.
Who doesn't love the first flowers in springtime? The stamps are from PTI. One of them is called "Year of Flowers".

April Showers :) I used dies from Lil'Inker Designs...I love the stitched effect on the cloud!

I cut the bird with a die from Memory Box, the music notes are from Lawn Fawn.

And the last for today....a bright, flowery June :) These dies are from Lil'Inker Designs as well.

Hope you liked my first part of the calendar. Don't forget to look by tomorrow if you'd like to see part 2! Have a nice day and thank you for visiting my blog!!
